The Learning Hub
The Learning Hub is a training platform to teach you how to become the best Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultants you can be. We want offer something valuable for everyone, whether you are a newbie consultant or an already recognised F&O expert. Our goal is to lower the barrier of entries to the F&O space and help Functional Consultants in their professional development journey.
The Learning Hub is right for you if you are new to the Dynamics 365 F&O space, or if you are already a Functional Consultant and want to improve yourself. The only minimum requirement to join is being eager to learn on your own.
The platform might not not be suitable for you if your goals is not to be a successful D365 F&O Functional Consultant (e.g. your company uses the system and you just want training on how sales orders work).

Monthly subscription
The Monthly subscription is our monthly recurring service to gain access to all our Learning Hub content. It replaces the former Basic, Standard, and Supporter tiers with a single package to give you access to all our resources at a better price. The only thing not included in it is 1:1 guidance. For that, you may want to consider a Focus call instead.
The Monthly subscription gives you access to all the Learning Hub content (aside from a 1:1 consultation). Our resources include an always-on Dynamics 365 F&O tier 1 sandbox environment, an archive of recorded Q&A sessions, all our past newsletters, and more.
You will get immediate access to the subscribers area, where you can find all our resources. These include the instructions to log in to our D365 F&O sandbox environment, our archive of videos and articles, all our past newsletters, and more.
You can cancel your subscription from the subscribers area. You can cancel it at any time for every reason, but we do not provide partial refunds. This means that, once you cancel, your subscription will expire immediately and you will lose access to our materials and to the Dynamics 365 F&O sandbox environment.

D365 F&O sandbox environment
Yes! You will not lose your progress after you log out. We update the environment to the latest version as soon as it’s available, which causes a few hours of downtime but has no effect on your data. Some day the sandbox will become so worn out that we will have to delete and re-create it, but we’re very far from it now. In any case, you can use standard D365 F&O data management functionality to export your data at any time, should you wish to do so.
You can reach out to us via email in case of technical problems with the D365 F&O environment. There are more details about this in the subscribers area. We do not provide tech support beyond the D365 F&O sandbox environment and we cannot train you to use the standard features of the system (see next FAQ).
Unfortunately not, we only provide access to a training environment. We made this choice because step-by-step training guides are very time consuming to create and maintain, which would further increase the price of the subscription. There is plenty of free quality material out there, so we included the best ones for you in our curated content section of the subscribers area.
Not at this stage. We focus on Dynamics 365 F&O, so at the moment we do not support anything else. You may be able to use complementary features of F&O (including third-party add-ins) if they can be made available on a tier 1 environment. But we do not provide any technical support for them, so they might not work as expected. If there a feature that you would like us to officially support, reach out and let us know.
Almost. You will have a quasi-admin access to the environment. We restricted the access to a very limited number of features (e.g. maintain users) to safeguard the stability of the sandbox environment and ensure a smooth experience for all subscribers. If there is a feature you would like to use which is not available, reach out to us and we will look into it.

Focus call
The Focus call is a 1:1 consultation with Marco to have tailored guidance on your situation. It is best suited if you are looking for help on major decisions, like career guidance or a particularly difficult problem with Dynamics 365 F&O or your professional life. The call is meant for individuals who are seriously committed to become the best D365 F&O Functional Consultants they can be and want to leverage Marco’s experience to get better results in less time.
No, they are two separate services. The Focus call is a one-off purchase that do not result in a recurring payment and gives no access to the subscribers area. Vice versa, the Monthly subscription is a monthly subscription that gives access to all our resources, but it does not include a 1:1 consultation.
No, because it is highly personal and the advice is tailored to your situation. Generally speaking, Marco will always ask you what you want to achieve, where you are now, and what your blockers are. Then he will provide the right advice based on your circumstances and answer any follow-up questions. Finally, after the call you will receive a personalised report with actionable advice.
Anything you want about your professional development and how to become a better D365 F&O Functional Consultant. Depending on your situation, we might also discuss other topics beyond D365 F&O and consultancy (e.g. other Microsoft applications, life priorities, etc.).
There is no need. After the call, you will receive a personalised report with a summary of the topics discussed and actionable points to put the advice into practice. Of course, you can still take notes during the call if you want to.
Yes, we record our Focus calls to write your personalised report and to improve our services. Rest assured, the recording is not shared with anyone else. Your situation, the topics discussed, and the advice given during the call are private to you and will remain as such.

We may introduce purchase power parity (PPP) in the future, but we do not offer it at present. We understand that a fair price for the UK might not be a fair price somewhere else, so if you are from a country like India or Pakistan, reach out to us directly and we will try to help you with a fairer deal.
Absolutely! Eventually, we want The Learning Hub to become a reference point for all D365 F&O Functional Consultants out there. So we plan to introduce a lot more content over time. For example: integration with other applications (like Power BI), longer articles on business processes and ERP implementations, webinars with guest experts, and more.
